These Terms of Service govern your use of proguardroofing.com and the tools on it — the quick estimate form, the contact forms, and the AI assistant. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please use the phone number below instead. These terms cover the website only. Roofing work itself is governed by the written contract you sign with ProGuard Roofing, LLC, and where the two differ, that contract controls.
Use of This Site

The AI Assistant
The chat assistant on this site is software, not a person and not a licensed roofing professional. It can be wrong. It can misread a question, miss context about your specific roof, or state something that does not apply to your situation. Nothing it says is an inspection, a professional opinion, a binding quote, or a commitment to a price, a schedule, or a scope of work. Treat it as a starting point and confirm anything that matters with our team at (623) 262-7752. Only a written proposal signed by ProGuard Roofing binds us.
Estimates and Measurements
Estimate ranges and roof measurements shown on this site are generated from aerial and satellite imagery and from the details you provide. They are approximations produced without anyone setting foot on your property. Actual pricing depends on what an in-person inspection finds — decking condition, layers, penetrations, access, code requirements, and the materials you choose — and routinely differs from an online figure. No number on this site is an offer or a guaranteed price.
Communications
When you submit a form or start a conversation with the assistant, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email at the contact details you provide. Text messaging is covered separately by our SMS Terms and Conditions. What we do with the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
