“Great job from start to finish! My initial contact was with my Roofing Specialist, Kyle, who explained the condition of my roof and what would be done to replace the underlayment. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. Next I “met” Mitzi’s in the office. Again, very customer friendly and great communication in terms of billing options and their process. Lastly, my project manager, Garrett, did a great job of communicating during the multi-day project which included the removal and re-installation of my solar panels. He sent progress pictures daily and made sure everything went according to plan. ”
